Looks like McDonald’s continues to test it’s product quality and try to improve customer satisfaction. Reported by Nation’s Restaurant News, the largest restaurant chain in the U.S. is testing 14 different Dallas restaurant locations. The trials are limited to the following quarter-pound patty burgers:
- Quarter Pounder with Cheese
- Homestyle Burger
- Bacon Clubhouse Burger
- Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese
According to an email statement released by McDonald’s spokeswoman, Lisa McComb, “Like all of our tests, this one too is designed to see what works and what doesn’t within our restaurants”.
Getting rid of the frozen burger patties for fresh beef would be viewed as a positive change by all customers I’m sure. Yet, it would also be a massive undertaking and likely a logistical nightmare for all the restaurants.
